• Remember Nelson Limited is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
• If your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail or written confirmation of the acceptance of your order.
• You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products ordered.
• Registration is only open to persons who are 18 years of age and over and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Remember Nelson Limited as soon as possible.
• We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.
• Remember Nelson Limited does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods at any time.
• We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
• Remember Nelson Limited does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the web site or for any products purchased from the web site.

• Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. In the UK the rate is 17.5%. Remember Nelson Limited is required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to most countries within the European Union. Orders sent to addresses anywhere else in the world will not be subject to VAT but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges which are the recipients’ responsibility. For customers with a delivery address within the EU, VAT charges on your purchases will be itemised on your invoice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Remember Nelson Limited complies with the Distance Selling Directive and UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. It is a cornerstone of our business that any item purchased may be returned within 30 days for a full refund without question. If you have placed an order which has not been fulfilled, you may cancel it at any time prior to delivery, without penalty.

Returns Policy
If you find the products you have bought are not as you had expected, or have been damaged in transit, please contact us initially by phone (01603 811960) or email (sales@remembernelson.com). We will advise the necessary course of action at that stage. If you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as the goods have been returned. If you wish to replace the item, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
